I believe that a compassionate, trusting therapeutic relationship assists us to safely explore our hearts and minds. With more self awareness, compassion and understanding, we can fully realize our potential.

  • Do you wish to move past the obstacles in your life? I will support and accompany you in identifying your values, strengths, and abilities in support of your personal goals. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and/or relationship difficulties, it is important to choose a psychotherapist with whom you feel safe.

  • My therapeutic approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, supportive and empowering. Together we will work to set meaningful and achievable goals that support your journey.

In my practice, you can expect:

  • A safe, confidential and nonjudgmental  space where you can explore your feelings, be heard and supported with compassion.

  • The use of the latest leading practices, employing an eclectic person-centred approach that includes narrative, DBT, CBT, Trauma - Informed,  and ACT therapies.

 

I am a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and Acadia University, Nova Scotia, and hold an

M. Ed. (Counselling). I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist .
